Enrollment in any online program becomes final once payment has been successfully completedandcourseaccess has been granted. As a general policy, refunds will not be issued after course activation. Refund requests may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
Accidental duplicate payment for the same program
Payment of an incorrect amount
Verified technical errors resulting in a failed or incorrect transaction
To request a refund, the student must submit valid supporting proof, including the TransactionIDandPaymentScreenshot. All requests will be carefully reviewed and verified before any decision is made. Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
Change of mind after enrollment
Failure to access or utilize the course after purchase
Incomplete understanding of the course structure
Device-related or internet connectivity issues
Delay in accessing the course after activation
